These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship between Britatlas DMC Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and registered travel agencies, tour operators and other B2B partners ("you", "your", "agency") who engage our destination management services in the United Kingdom. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking or otherwise engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
We provide luxury destination management services including but not limited to hotel and resort bookings, MICE and corporate event management, concierge and lifestyle services, fine dining reservations, premium vehicle and chauffeur hire, guided tours and experiences, airport and private transfers, and private jet and helicopter charter. All services are provided on a B2B basis to registered travel agencies and are not sold directly to end consumers.
All rates quoted are confidential net rates for B2B trade partners only. You agree not to disclose our net rates to end clients or third parties. Rates are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking confirmation and may be subject to availability, seasonal adjustments and supplier terms.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from us and receipt of any required deposit. Proposals and quotations are valid for the period stated and remain subject to availability until confirmed. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our minimum criteria or conflict with existing commitments.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-booking basis and detailed in the booking confirmation. Generally, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for hotel bookings, and 14 days prior for other services. Late payments may result in cancellation of services. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on our invoice.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are detailed in each booking confirmation. As a general guideline: cancellations more than 30 days prior may be eligible for partial refund less administrative fees; cancellations within 30 days are typically non-refundable; and no-shows are charged in full. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
We act as an intermediary and destination manager, arranging services on your behalf with independent suppliers. We exercise due care in selecting suppliers but are not liable for their acts, omissions or failures. Our total liability under any booking shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for that specific booking. We do not accept liability for consequential, indirect or punitive damages.
You confirm that your clients hold adequate travel insurance including cancellation, medical and personal liability cover. You are responsible for informing clients of any health, safety or travel requirements relevant to their itinerary.
All content on our website, proposals and marketing materials — including text, images, itineraries and branding — is the property of Britatlas DMC Ltd and is provided to you under licence for the purpose of promoting and selling the specific programme. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify our materials without written permission.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all commercially sensitive information shared in the course of the business relationship, including but not limited to net rates, supplier relationships, client details and operational procedures. This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
