Honest advice before you book
- Siyam World is large. If you want a tiny, intimate island with 40 villas and total silence, this is not it. Buggy transfers around the island are constant and part of the experience.
- The volume of guests during peak season means popular restaurants and the water park can be busy — pre-book slots through the app on arrival.
- For pure romance or an adults-only mood, a couple's stay is still enjoyable but better paired with a smaller sister property such as Sun Siyam Iru Fushi or Sun Siyam Vilu Reef.
- Seaplane luggage limits are stricter than international flights; plan on 20 kg checked and 5 kg cabin per guest, with excess charged on the day.
