A luxury concierge service is not a phone number for emergencies. It is someone who knows the city, holds relationships with the people who control the inventory you want, and takes the whole chain of small decisions off your hands — the suite, the table, the car that is already outside when dinner ends.
Britatlas is a London-based destination management company. We look after private travellers and families, travel agencies and tour operators who need a reliable partner on the ground, and companies arranging executive travel, incentives and events. This page explains, in plain terms, what we handle and how to brief us so you get the version of a trip you actually pictured.
What our concierge service covers
- Hotels and residences — suites, connecting rooms and whole townhouses, with upgrades, late check-out and amenities negotiated rather than hoped for.
- Restaurant reservations — including the tables that are officially full, plus private dining rooms and chef's tables.
- Chauffeurs and transfers — airport meet-and-greet, hourly disposal cars, multi-city road moves.
- Private aviation and helicopters — jet charter, empty-leg options, airport-to-city helicopter hops.
- Tickets and access — West End theatre, Premier League and Champions League, Wimbledon, Formula 1, Royal Ascot, concerts.
- Private guides and experiences — after-hours museum access, Windsor and Cotswolds days, whisky and wine estates, tailoring on Savile Row.
- Yachts and villas — Côte d'Azur, Amalfi, the Greek islands, the Turkish coast.
- Practical life admin — private medical appointments, personal shopping, gifting, flowers, luggage forwarding, SIM cards and currency.
- 24/7 on-trip support — one number, one team, for delays, changes and last-minute requests.
Dining: the part most people get wrong

Almost every enquiry we receive names one restaurant. That is a fragile plan. The tables that matter release seats on their own schedule, and a single name gives us nothing to work with when it is genuinely full.
Give us three things instead: the date and time band you can flex, the number of covers, and the style of evening — quiet and classic, tasting menu, loud and social, or a private room where people can talk business. With that we can hold something excellent within a day, and keep working the first-choice room in parallel.
A two-hour flexible window is worth more than a month's notice on a rigid 8pm request.
Cars, transfers and moving around

In London, transport is what separates a smooth stay from a stressful one. Congestion and ULEZ charges, closed streets around events and rain at 10pm all conspire against improvising. We plan cars around the itinerary rather than the reverse:
- Airport meet-and-greet at Heathrow, Gatwick, City and Luton with flight tracking and included waiting time.
- Hourly disposal — the car and driver stay with you for a half or full day; the right choice for shopping, meetings and multi-stop evenings.
- Vehicle choice — executive saloon for two, Mercedes V-Class for families and luggage, coaches for groups.
- Regional and cross-border road moves — Cotswolds, Edinburgh, Paris and beyond, with vetted local drivers.
If you want the detail behind airport runs, our Heathrow to London transfer guide breaks down journey times, vehicles and all-inclusive rates.
Private aviation and helicopters

Charter makes sense when the schedule, the group or the destination defeats commercial flying — three cities in two days, an island with one daily rotation, or a board that cannot lose a working morning. We quote aircraft by mission rather than by brochure: a light jet for four people London-Nice, a midsize for a transcontinental leg, a helicopter for the last 20 minutes into the Riviera or the Highlands.
Ask us for empty-leg options if your dates are flexible; the savings are real when the routing happens to match.
How we work with agencies and companies
For agencies and tour operators, we act as the local ground partner: net rates you can mark up, one contract instead of twenty, a single point of contact during the trip, and documentation your client can read. Your branding stays in front; we stay behind it.
For companies, the same team handles executive travel, client hospitality, incentives and full MICE programmes — venue sourcing, delegate logistics, transport waves and on-site management. Our corporate travel guide and business travel guide cover the programme side in more depth.
What to send us in your first message
- Dates — arrival, departure and anything fixed inside them.
- Who is travelling — number of adults, children, ages, and any mobility or dietary needs.
- Where you are staying, or that you would like us to propose hotels.
- The must-haves — the one dinner, match, show or meeting the trip is built around.
- A budget range — even a rough one. It is the fastest way to get proposals you can actually use.
We reply with a written plan, clear pricing and the honest version of what is and is not available on your dates.
Timing: how far ahead to ask
- Hotel suites in peak season — 2-3 months, more for Christmas and New Year.
- Marquee restaurants — 4-8 weeks, or the day bookings open.
- Wimbledon, F1, Royal Ascot, major finals — months ahead; ticket allocations move early.
- Chauffeurs, guides and transfers — a week is comfortable, 48 hours is usually fine.
- Same-day requests — send them anyway. A surprising amount is still possible; we will not pretend otherwise when it is not.
Fees, honestly
There is no annual membership. We work per trip, either on a transparent service fee or on a rate that already includes our margin — agreed in writing before anything is booked. For agencies, we quote net so your commercial model stays yours.
Where a request is not worth the money — a restaurant that will disappoint your guests, a transfer better done by train, an upgrade priced beyond its value — we say so. That is the part that makes the rest useful.
Honest advice
- Choose the hotel for its location relative to your fixed appointments, not for its lobby.
- Book one anchor experience per day. Three is a schedule, not a holiday.
- In London, hold a car on hourly disposal for evenings rather than booking point-to-point.
- Tell us the failure mode you fear most — being late, being bored, being in a loud room. We plan against it.
Send us the outline of your trip below and we will come back within 24 hours with a written proposal, availability and pricing.
