The Monaco Grand Prix 2027 will be the 84th edition of motor racing's most famous street event. The Circuit de Monaco threads through Monte Carlo, past Casino Square, down to the harbour, through the tunnel and around the swimming pool. Its 3.337-kilometre lap leaves almost no margin for error — and puts spectators unusually close to the cars.
Britatlas builds complete Monaco race weekends for private travellers, groups, companies and agency clients. We can combine verified tickets or hospitality with Monaco and French Riviera hotels, Nice Airport transfers, restaurants, private vehicles and tailored touring through one itinerary.
Monaco Grand Prix 2027 dates: confirmed details
- Event: Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco 2027
- Dates: Thursday 3–Sunday 6 June 2027
- Venue: Circuit de Monaco, Monte Carlo
- Edition: 84th Monaco Grand Prix
- Format: Monaco's first Formula 1 sprint weekend
- Exact session times: to be confirmed
The Automobile Club de Monaco has confirmed both the dates and sprint format. That makes the timetable different from a traditional Monaco weekend and increases the value of attending before Sunday. The detailed Formula 1, support-race and entertainment programme should be checked before finalising flights.
Which Monaco Grand Prix grandstand should you choose?

- Grandstand K: one of Monaco's most popular choices, with an elevated panorama across the harbour and views of cars sweeping from Tabac towards the swimming pool.
- Grandstands O and P: close to the fast swimming-pool complex, delivering speed, rapid direction changes and a lively marina atmosphere.
- Grandstand T: faces the pit building and overlooks the exit of the pool section; strong for pit-lane activity as well as track action, depending on the seat row.
- Grandstand B: the classic Casino Square setting. It is visually unmistakable, although the visible section of track is shorter than at some harbour stands.
- Grandstand V: overlooks the final Anthony Noghès corner and the acceleration towards the start-finish line.
- Grandstands X1 and X2: compact stands near the final corner and start-finish area, valued for proximity rather than a broad panorama.
Monaco seats can differ dramatically by row. Buildings, fencing and marina structures affect the view, so the grandstand letter alone is not enough. For groups, we prioritise confirmed seats together and a clear view of a video screen over a vague promise of a “premium section”.
Monaco F1 hospitality: terraces, yachts and Paddock Club
Monaco offers more viewing formats than any other Formula 1 race. The right choice depends on whether the priority is track visibility, entertaining guests, food and service, paddock access or the social scene.
- Formula 1 Paddock Club: official top-tier hospitality with premium catering and scheduled experiences; precise access and inclusions vary by package.
- Official F1 Experiences packages: selected ticket and hospitality combinations that may add pit-lane walks, guided track activities or appearances, as specified for the product.
- Circuit-view terraces: apartments, rooftops and hosted venues above streets such as the start-finish straight, Sainte Dévote, Portier and the harbour. Address, floor, sightline and ticket inclusion must all be verified.
- Yacht hospitality: shared or private vessels berthed in the harbour, usually with catering, drinks and a host. Berth position determines the view; some offers require a separate circuit ticket.
- Hotel hospitality: selected Monaco hotels and private clubs offer terraces or suites with circuit views, subject to minimum stays and controlled access.
“Monaco hospitality” is not one standard product. Before booking, confirm the exact viewing address or yacht berth, photographs from that position, whether a race ticket is included, food and drink, opening hours and the route through race-day security zones.
Grandstand, terrace or yacht: which is best?
- Choose a grandstand for a reserved seat, a predictable view and the strongest focus on racing.
- Choose a terrace for comfort, hosting, catering and a wider elevated view — but request genuine sightline evidence.
- Choose a yacht for atmosphere and the harbour setting; expect a closer social experience but only a limited portion of track.
- Combine formats if attending multiple days: qualifying or sprint action from a grandstand, then race day from hospitality.
Where to stay for Monaco Grand Prix 2027

- Monaco: the premium choice for walking access, evening atmosphere and less dependence on race-day roads. Hôtel de Paris, Hôtel Hermitage, Hôtel Métropole and Fairmont Monte Carlo are among the most requested, with high rates and strict minimum stays.
- Beausoleil: directly above Monaco and potentially walkable, though steep streets and access controls make the exact hotel location important.
- Cap-d'Ail and Èze: Riviera luxury and more space, well suited to guests using a planned car or helicopter programme.
- Nice: the broadest choice of hotels, restaurants and flights. Rail can be efficient, while chauffeured journeys require careful timing around road closures.
- Cannes and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat: attractive for a longer Côte d'Azur stay, but less convenient for repeated daily circuit access.
Race-week rates are substantially above ordinary June prices, often with advance payment and multi-night commitments. Compare the full stay cost, not the nightly headline, and align cancellation deadlines with ticket confirmation.
Nice Airport to Monaco during Grand Prix week
- Private chauffeur: normally around 35–50 minutes outside heavy traffic, but much longer during closures and peak arrivals.
- Helicopter: the fastest premium transfer, taking only a few minutes in the air; schedules depend on weather, luggage limits and confirmed slots.
- Train: frequent services connect Nice and Monaco, but platforms become very crowded and the station-to-venue walk varies by viewing location.
- Private boat: useful for selected coastal itineraries, subject to sea conditions, harbour permissions and tender arrangements.
Monaco becomes a controlled pedestrian and event zone. A driver cannot simply reach every hotel or terrace entrance. We plan each movement using the official access information and provide realistic walking instructions where a door-to-door transfer is impossible.

Avoid fake or incomplete Monaco ticket offers
Buy through the Automobile Club de Monaco, Formula 1's official channels or an authorised supplier. Be especially cautious with apartments and yachts: a beautiful venue photograph does not prove a usable track view, and access to a hospitality venue does not always include circuit entry. Never pay without the legal seller, location, date, inclusions, fulfilment method and cancellation terms in writing.
