Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez is the quiet, contemporary alternative to the village-centre Palace hotels. Set in a pine and olive garden on Route des Salins, it was designed by Christophe Pillet as a series of low white lodges rather than a single block, so almost every room opens straight onto its own terrace or garden.
It suits guests who want Saint-Tropez without the noise: minimal white and grey interiors, around 37 keys, a heated pool at the centre of the garden and the village five minutes away by car. Location, access and transfers
- Saint-Tropez village and Vieux Port: about 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot.

- Pampelonne beach clubs: 15-20 minutes by road, longer in August.
- Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE): 1h45-2h15 by private car; 20-25 minutes by helicopter to Grimaud.

Because the hotel sits outside the pedestrian centre, a car or scheduled chauffeur transfers make a real difference here. We normally hold cars locally and plan timed pick-ups for dinner and beach days rather than leaving guests to find taxis in peak season.

- Sezz is not a beachfront hotel and not in the village — the trade-off is privacy and quiet. Plan on a car or transfers.
- The design is deliberately minimal. Guests who want gilt, antiques and classic Provençal decor will prefer a Palace hotel.
- Private-pool suites are few. Request them at first enquiry for honeymoons and August stays.
- Book Colette and village restaurants with the room, not after arrival.
- Budget August road times realistically; journeys onto the peninsula can double.
- Confirm breakfast, spa access and cancellation terms in writing — they change the real nightly cost.
